Por & Bank's Romantic Park Hyatt Aviara Wedding

Today I'm excited to share all the details from Por and Bank's wedding at the Park Hyatt Aviara. Let me start out by saying that this lovely couple reached out to me in the middle of August hoping to plan their wedding for the middle of September... that was less than one month away! Wait? What?! That meant we had less than four weeks to put together a stunning wedding at the Park Hyatt Aviara! Having such a short time frame definitely had it's challenges and pushed me as a planner, but I have to admit that it was such a blast to plan and Por and Bank couldn't have been happier with the final result.

When it came to the overall look and design of the day, Por and Bank wanted the theme to be "photography," as that is what brought them together! In order to do this, we had guests sign a photo "matte" for their guest book, brought in a Photo Booth for fun, and provided fancy picture frames (for their photo booth photos!) as a favor. While all of those elements added to the theme, I think my favorite detail was the personalized camera cake toppers! The chef at the Park Hyatt Aviara was able to customize the cameras to the specific brand the bride and groom used! Such a cool detail!!

As for a color scheme, they selected a light blue and bold turquoise, and accented it with silver details and all white floral. This combination came together wonderfully, and Compass Floral did an outstanding job on all of the floral! The ceremony set up was a showstopper with an all white arch, tall arrangements at the entrance, and flower petals down the aisle. When it came to the reception setup, my favorite detail was the silver burst charger plates from Concepts Event Design. These added a luxurious feel to the table set-up and helped tie the overall design together.

Our beautiful bride, Por, looked absolutely stunning in her wedding gown, and Bridal by Haydee did a fabulous job on her hair and makeup! Working with this couple was a dream come true, and I wish them the best in their life together!
