Q: What makes Always Flawless Productions unique?
A: We believe strongly in really getting to know you in order to create a timeless look that truely reflects you. It is our postive and upbeat pesonalities, eye for design and strong attention to detail that make us one of San Diego’s most sought after wedding planners.
Q: Who Is Your Ideal Client?
A: We love working with ALL couples, but have noticed that our clients tend to be creative and adventurous with a very modern and romantic style. Because we love design, we also find that the two things that matter most to our clients are visual aesthetic of their wedding and the unforgettable experience for their guests.
Q: I already have a Catering Manager at my venue. Why do I need additional help?
A: It is a catering manger’s job to oversee the details associated with the venue (and sometimes food and beverage). It is not their responsibilty to confirm details with your vendors, set-up / breakdown your personal items, run your rehearsal, manage your vendors, etc. We, as wedding coordinators, work well alongside your dedicated catering manager and/or banquet manager.
Q: How do I determine which package I need? What if I don’t see what I am looking for?
A: We are here to help! We want to take the time to get to know and your wedding needs. Once we have our intial meeting, we can help guide you to a fitting package. If none of our packages are perfect for you, we will create something custom!
Q: How many weddings do you plan per year?
A: This number will vary depending on how involved each of the weddings are. Typically, we will coordinate between 20 and 25 weddings a year. We strongly believe in not over committing outselves, as we want to give you the best service possible.
Q: How do you determine which vendors to recommend?
A: We have awesome relationships with an array of different vendors. Once we get to know your personality, style and budget, we will recommend vendors best suited for your needs.
Q: Once I hire you, will I have any say in the details of my wedding?
A: Of course! It is YOUR wedding and we are here to work with you to create a memorable day. We will give you as much help or as little help as you want.
Q: I am planning a destination wedding in San Diego. Can you help?
A: Of course! We are extremely comfortable working with you remotely and are amazing at communicating via phone and e-mail.
Q: How do we reserve our date?
A: Send us an email at or call us at (619) 567-5111 and we can give you more information on this. A 50% deposit and signed contract is required in order to get your wedding day on the calendar. Two weeks prior to your wedding, the remainder of the balance is due.
