Get ready because today I'm sharing all the pretty details from Mary and Nolan's romantic wedding at Humphrey's Half Moon Inn in San Diego, CA.
Believe it or not, this adorable couple has known each other since elementary school and grew up one mile from each other! The became really good friends in an art class during high school and then went their separate ways after that. Nolan went to Colorado to attend the Air Force Academy and finally asked Mary on a date when he came home during spring break. They spent that entire week together riding bikes and eating tacos. While they initially decided that a long distance relationship wasn't for them, they eventually gave in and decided to give it a try. Fast forward 5 years of long distance and many big moves later, and Nolan proposed in Vail, CO with all of his and Mary's best Air Force friends there to share the moment with them.
When it came to planning, Mary absolutely loved being a bride! She felt so spoiled through the entire process and loved that everyone always wanted to talk about the wedding. The hardest part for her? Buying a house and moving across the country to Minnesota while trying to finalize all her wedding plans.

Garden Ceremony at Humphrey's Half Moon Inn
Mary and Nolan's said 'I Do' in a gorgeous and intimate garden setting. Blooms Design House added lush pastel floral to a large greenery arch and set lanterns and additional floral arrangements at the entrance to the ceremony. It was definitely the perfect setting to exchange vows! The ceremony then ended with a traditional military sword ceremony.
Cocktail Hour
After the ceremony ended, guests were directed toward the bay, where they were greeted with craft cocktails and delicious appetizers! Meanwhile, Mary and Nolan snuck off to take a few more stunning photos during golden hour.
Humphrey's Half Moon Inn Wedding Reception
After Mary and Nolan were done with photos, it was time for the real celebration to begin! The reception space was gorgeous overlooking the bay and Mary kept the decor very clean and classic. They also made sure to bring in a live band and danced the night away under the stars!
