This service is perfect for the couple who want guidance throughout the planning process, but also want to be very hands-on.  As your coordinators, we will sit down with you to create and manage your budget, direct you to the perfect vendors for your budget and style, and guide you through each step of the planning process. We simplify the process, so you can be confident in planning your wedding. Think of us as your 'virtual planners.'

Included through the entire process:

  • Personalized vendor list based on your budget, personality and style​​

  • ​Use of  Aisle Planner for organization

  • Budget creation, review, and maintenance 

  • Mood board creation to assist with the design concepts

  • Customized wedding planning schedule and monthly 'check-ins' to ensure planning stays on track

  • Review of all vendor contracts prior to signing to ensure nothing was overlooked

  • Final detail package (timelines, diagrams, etc) emailed to all your vendors 10 days prior to the wedding

  • Unlimited communication throughout the entire process

Six Personal Meetings:

  • (3) One on One Meetings

    • Meeting 1: Event Planning Schedule

      • Presentation of your wedding planning schedule​

      • Create vendor booking schedule

      • Set number of hours of coverage needed for vendors

      • Create budget

      • Discuss overall vision

    • Meeting 2: Mid Planning Check-in

    • Meeting 3: Timeline Creation & Final Details

      • Finalize wedding day timeline​

      • Review of all contract to ensure nothing is missing

  • (3) Vendor Meetings (Below are our recommendation, but it's your choice)​

    • Vendor Meeting 1: Culinary Tasting

Full Wedding Day Services:

  • Coordinate and orchestrate the wedding rehearsal

  • Management of wedding day with (1) lead coordinator and (1) assistant

  • Management Prior to Ceremony and Reception

    • Collect wedding decor and personal items the week of the wedding​

    • Assistance with room set-up according to diagrams (tables, chairs, linen, etc)

    • Placement of all items provided by the couple (table numbers, guest book, menus, etc)

    • Ensure all vendors have arrived on-time, are set-up properly and are ready to go on time

    • Ensure personal flowers have arrived and assist with boutonnieres and corsages

  • Serve As Guest Liaison

    • Answering questions and directing guests to ceremony and reception​

  • Ceremony Management

    • Ensure bridal party is lined up prior to ceremony​

    • Ensure couple don't cross paths if they are doing a first look

    • Queue the music and bridal party processional

  • Reception Mangagement

    • Lining up bridal party prior to grand entrance​

    • Ensure all vendors are informed and ready for each event

    • Ensure couple, family and bridal party are in room prior to events

    • Gathering and securing all items at the end of the evening

  • General troubleshooting, and access to our bridal emergency kit
